About Me

With 20 years of teaching experience at top schools in Auckland, Logan is a highly respected Mathematics educator and the current Head of Cambridge Mathematics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics from Auckland University and a Master of Educational Leadership with Distinction from Auckland University of Technology (AUT). Specializing in Cambridge Mathematics, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for fostering academic excellence in his students.

As a Mathematics teacher, Logan has consistently guided students to exceptional results. For example, one student who scored a C grade in AS Maths in 2023 joined his class in 2024 and went on to achieve an impressive 88% (almost A*) in A-Level Maths. Additionally, his Year 10 accelerated class demonstrated outstanding success in the 2024 IGCSE Maths external exam, with a median mark of 90%, and 19 out of 22 students earning A or A* grades.

Logan’s teaching approach combines rigorous academic instruction with a supportive, student-centered philosophy, ensuring that each student not only reaches their potential but thrives academically.

Latest Updates -Curriculum Enhancements

1. Cambridge Programme Upgrade

  • All Cambridge academic syllabus support and tutoring will be completed in Module/Term 1 and Module/Term 2.
  • Module 3 will focus on Cambridge mock exams, external exam revision, and intensive preparation.
  • No additional holiday revision classes will be offered.
  • Small-class teaching: limited to 10 students per class to ensure strong teacher–student interaction and efficient Q&A, supporting strong, high-quality academic progress.

2. New General Studies Programme (Years 7–10)
In response to parents’ and students’ requests, and to help build a solid foundation for senior years, Peak Education will launch General Studies classes for Years 7–10 in 2026.

These classes will not have a limit on student numbers.
